Summary: The Finance Director (FD) is responsible for managing essential financial functions of the agency to ensure solid and sustainable operations. The FD will develop and maintain internal accounting and financial reporting functions, produce annual and monthly financial statements, and help develop the annual budget. Individual must be able to manage competing timelines from multiple departments. Key responsibilities are described below and may be supplemented with additional duties as necessary to support the agency’s mission and goals. The FD must have the skills, awareness, and personal confidence to tap into the power that each team member brings to the mission while fostering cross-collaboration across the agency.
