CISBF was one of nine local nonprofits recently awarded funding from Three Rivers Community Foundation to address social determinants of health. This funding will allow us to directly intervene and assist families facing an imminent loss of housing. We are so grateful to a community that recognizes the significance housing stability plays in children’s sense of hope for the future.
This funding will allow us to provide support for nearly 120 families, who without assistance, face the very real threat of becoming unhoused. CISBF will work in partnership with Safe Harbor to empower families as they strive towards greater self-sufficiency and brighter futures for their children.
